1. Who we are
STN PLANS is operated by [STN PLANS legal entity name], a company registered in Brazil ([CNPJ / registration number]). These Terms govern your use of stnplans.com and your purchase of digital architectural plan products ("Plans").
2. What you are buying
Each Plan is sold as one of several packages (see the product page for exact contents), which may include PDF drawings, CAD/DWG files, photo and video packages, and — for select packages — native editable files (RVT/SKP). You are purchasing a licence to use the Plan as described in Section 5 (Licensing), not the copyright to the design itself.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed by our payment provider(s) — see Section 8. [Insert final language on tax/VAT handling once the Merchant-of-Record vs. PSP decision is finalized.]
4. Delivery
Digital files are made available for download immediately upon confirmed payment, via your order confirmation email and your account (if created).
5. Licensing
See our separate Licensing Terms for the scope of your usage rights (single-build vs. multi-build, modification rights, redistribution restrictions).
6. No guarantee of regulatory approval
Local building codes, structural engineering requirements, and permitting processes vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Purchasing a Plan does not guarantee that it complies with, or will be approved under, the building regulations of your location. You are responsible for engaging a locally licensed architect or engineer to adapt and certify the Plan before construction.
